1. Returns
We offer a hassle-free return policy for our valued customers. You can return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order, and for our special product, KneeCORE, we extend this return window to 90 days.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:

4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@magnicore.shop with your order details.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your claim.
6. Exceptions
